"Services" refers to the ad network services provided by Adsdevaao.com, including display banner ads and Google AdX integration.
2. Eligibility ( For Adx Ads )
To monetize your website or app with Google AdX ads through Adsdevaao.com, your platform must meet the following criteria
- - Your website or app must strictly adhere to all Google policies, including but not limited to content, user experience, and traffic standards.
- - We do not permit websites or apps that contain: Adult content, Illegal content or activities, Copyright-infringing material ( for Adx Ads )
- - To qualify for onboarding, your platform must have a minimum of 50,000 monthly organic traffic. Traffic generated through bots, proxies, or other fraudulent methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Use of Services
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
Publishers and advertisers must adhere to our guidelines, including content and ad placement standards.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if we detect misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these terms.
4. Publisher Responsibilities
Publishers must ensure their content complies with legal and ethical standards and does not violate intellectual property rights.
Publishers are responsible for maintaining a functional and accessible website or app to display ads.
Any revenue generated through ads is subject to verification and compliance with Google AdX policies.
5. Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertisers must ensure that their ads comply with relevant laws and our ad network standards.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, illegal, offensive, or misleading advertisements.
6. Payment and Revenue Sharing
At Adsdevaao.com, we operate on a NET30 payment cycle for AdX revenue. Publishers receive an 80:20 revenue share, ensuring a fair and transparent partnership.
Under this model:
- - Publishers retain 80% of the total revenue generated from their inventory.
- - Adsdevaao.com retains 20% as a service fee for managing and optimizing ad delivery.
Payments are processed within 30 days following the end of each calendar month, subject to compliance with all policies and verification of traffic quality.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on Adsdevaao.com, including trademarks, logos, and text, are the intellectual property of Adsdevaao.com. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Adsdevaao.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
We do not guarantee specific results from our ad network services.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Adsdevaao.com harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from a breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of our services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice.
Users may terminate their accounts by contacting us, subject to the resolution of any pending issues.
If we found any kind google policy violation, spam clicks, bot traffic, invlaid activity your payment may fully deducted.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of assam.
